The following Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by AA Tour and Travels. By engaging with us, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations.

1. General Terms

• All services are subject to availability and final confirmation.
• Prices are dynamic and may change due to airline, hotel, or supplier updates.
• Government taxes, visa charges, and travel insurance are extra unless stated.
• Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the quotation.

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is considered valid only after advance payment.
• Full payment must be completed before ticketing or final confirmations.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or UPI.
• Failure to make timely payments may lead to cancellation.

3. Responsibilities of Travelers

• Travelers must carry valid passports, visas, and required documents.
• Travelers are responsible for adhering to health and vaccination requirements.
• Travelers must follow the laws and customs of the destination country.

4. Liability Disclaimer

• We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.
• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, strikes, accidents, weather, or force majeure events.
• Compensation, if applicable, will be as per the vendor’s policy.

5. Modifications & Amendments

• Itineraries may change due to operational reasons or unavoidable circumstances.
• If major changes occur, customers will be informed in advance.
• Additional costs arising due to changes (e.g., rescheduling flights) must be borne by the traveler.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts.
