Return Policy

At AA Tour and Travels, we are dedicated to providing the best travel experiences through carefully designed packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa services, and related arrangements. However, it is important to understand that unlike physical goods, travel services once booked are time-sensitive and non-returnable. Therefore, our company follows a No Return Policy.

1. Non-Returnable Nature of Services

  • All travel-related services such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, transport reservations, tour packages, and visa services are confirmed through third-party providers (airlines, hotels, embassies, transport companies).
  • Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been processed, the service cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
  • This applies even if the traveler chooses not to use part or all of the booked service.

2. Why Returns Are Not Possible

  • Airline & Hotel Policies: Airlines and hotels operate under strict cancellation and rescheduling rules. Once booked, these cannot be returned.
  • Visa & Documentation Services: Visa processing and related services are handled by embassies and government authorities, which do not allow returns.
  • Third-Party Vendors: Since services are provided by external partners, we cannot reverse confirmed bookings.

3. Alternatives to Returns

While we cannot offer returns, we do provide alternative solutions to assist our customers:

  • Rescheduling / Rebooking: Where permitted by airlines, hotels, or other providers, customers may reschedule travel dates or rebook services (charges may apply).
  • Cancellations with Refunds (if applicable): Customers can refer to our Cancellation Policy to check refund eligibility.
  • Transfer of Booking: Some packages may allow name/date changes depending on provider rules (extra charges may apply).

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must review all booking details carefully before final confirmation.
  • Any errors (e.g., name spelling mistakes, wrong travel dates, destination errors) must be corrected before payment is finalized.
  • Once confirmed, bookings cannot be returned, but changes may be possible as per vendor rules.
