30+ days before departure: Partial refund after deducting vendor/administrative charges.
15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total package amount will be deducted.
7–14 days before departure: 75% of the total package amount will be deducted.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Flight and train tickets (once issued).
Visa services.
Special promotional hotel or package bookings.

In case of cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions, refunds will depend entirely on the policies of airlines, hotels, and suppliers.
